Man, i got too much grease everyday, and i gained a lot of kilo, I think it's time to lose weight, or my sweet girlfriend will dump me like a fat garbage. There're many tips on internet, but I think I will go my way. Oh, Beck, just do you think, cut your disgusting meat.
I will Write down all the things I eat on a typical day. Carry a small notebook with me and write down every snack, every drink, and the contents of every meal. There are also great websites that I can use to keep track of calories, get recipes, and help achieve your goal. I won't forget to include the pats of butter or the spoonful of sugar in my coffee. It's best to do this for at least a couple weekdays and a weekend; it's even better if I can go a full week. There are also calorie tracking websites that can help me to do this.
